Borne out of community, KASAMA's philosophy revolves around intentionality and care, with the triumvirate of people, systems, and strategy at its core.

Philosophy

We provide our clients with vision setting, partner with them on systems-level thinking, and advise them on strategy & implementation. Our base is largely in the non-profit space, with an eye towards expanding into private sector challenges. Our focus areas are: bespoke grants & development strategies, community engagement & relationship building, and capacity building.
